6. Daily Tab Outreach

Overview #

On the daily tab you are able to see both recommendations and clients that are relevant to potentially communicate with today.

This includes recommendations, follow ups to clients who you have communicated in the past, recent sales, and manager assigned call lists.

Daily Outreach Categories #

The categories of clients listed on the daily selection are as follows:

  1. Recent Sales – This shows all clients that assigned you that have purchased over the last 3 days whether it was from you or not. NOTE – If you see a client that you have recently sold to missing from this list, it is not assigned to you. Talk to your admin or manager about moving this client to you.
  2. Next Contact – If you contacted a client and set a follow up communication date, then on the date you wanted to follow up with them, they will show up here.
  3. Explore – These are warm leads suggested by the app to follow up with -these are clients that are high spend clients and have not been in to shop for several months.

If you want to filter down to see only any of these categories, you can simply the Filter By button at the top.

Actions You Can Take #

When clients are pulled up there are several interactions that you can take.

If you want to communicate with any of these clients individually you can use the communications buttons on each client card to text, call, or email the client from the app.

If you click on a client card you will be able to see all the info shown on the client profile such as purchase history, notes taken on their profile, and communications done.

From here you can also clear them from the daily tab by hitting the skip button and then scheduling a follow up for a future date.

Creating a Sequence #

If you want to message everyone all your daily tab in a quick manner, you can hit the Create Sequence button, which enable you to message all these clients in the order you see on the screen.

This will be covered in a future section.

The Call List #

If you toggle over to the call list section by hitting the button at the top, up will pull a call list if your manager has created one.

This is where managers can create team lists for the store to all be reaching out to, and you will be assigned only your clients from that list.

The end date in the heading of a call list is the day that it will come off your app so make sure they are completed before then!

If you do not see a call list here, that means your manager has not activated any call lists for right now.
