Overview #
This article will go over how to get your OneShop account hooked up to the Lightspeed integration.
Step 1: Login as Admin #
Once you are given an account by a OneShop team member, login to your OneShop account here.
Once logged in, hit the “Account” tab on the left hand side of the screen.
If you are on an ipad or phone, you will hit the hamburger icon in the upper left hand corner to open up the sidebar.
Step 2: Add Lightspeed #
Once you are on the account tab, hit the “Add Lightspeed” button.
Once you hit this button, it will take you to your Lightspeed account.
You will need to just give us permission and follow the prompts on their pages.
Once you complete this, you are all set! All you have to do is wait for a OneShop team member to confirm that all your data has been loaded, and you are ready to get going.
