Overview #
The admin section of the OneShop app is only available to designated admin accounts for your store. If you do not have admin access at your store right now and think that you should, please reach out to your OneShop representative to enable admin access.
Capabilities #
The admin tab is designed to help managers and owners to help their team to better engage with their clients.
This is divided into the below sections:
- Dashboard – This is where you can see the sales at your stores as well as the corresponding clienteling metrics for you to impact.
- All Clients – This is the page in which you can pull client lists across all clients of your store (s) and see who they are assigned to or re-assign them to other members of your team.
- Call List – This is where you can review the open call lists that you or another member of the admin team has assigned to your stores/team.
- Stylist Stats – This is the tab where you can see the in app activity of your team across communications and app activity.
- Stylists Setup – This is an overview of the locations and POS IDs designated to your team.
