How many of my team members can use OneShop?
All of our plans offer unlimited seats so your whole team can use OneShop together.
How do text credits work?
Each plan includes an allocation of text credits based on how many contacts you have. A credit is defined as a single SMS (a text under 160 characters or under 70 with an emoji 🥸), or it is 3 credits for an MMS (message with a photo). Text credits are only charged for automations and broadcast messaging.
What if I sign up for a year and don't like OneShop
All of our plans have a 30 day money back guarantee, and with annual plans you can cancel within the first 60 days if you are not satisfied with OneShop.
What if OneShop does not integrate with my POS?
OneShop has many tools that can be built into your website, and we have ways of getting sign ups in store (QR codes, etc.). You can also upload the data from your POS directly into OneShop, and we will do the rest. We are always exploring new integrations so if you have a request, reach out to sales@oneshopretail.com.
